Free Estimates
We will happily provide a free estimate if you have all of the following items:
- Location of where you intend to build
- Floor plan and elevations of what you intend to build
- Engineered foundation plans
- Engineered wall plans

Consulting
There is a substantial amount of information and misinformation flowing around the 3D printing of houses. We try to provide a robust set of industry videos and FAQs to assist you with information we believe is trustworthy. If you have specific questions or you’d like to get into a more specific discussion about your project, we provide consulting with a 30-minute minimum. Please use the Contact Us page and send in your list of questions or discussion requests and if they are general in nature, we will add to our FAQ.
First 30 mins free – if we can assist you in some general information regarding concrete printing or your specific project, we’ll be happy to do so, however due to the high volume of calls, we are limiting this service to the first 30 minutes.
- $500/hr – if we can’t answer your questions in 30 minutes, or you are wanting a deeper discussion into the specifics of your project or 3D printing in general, we are available for consulting.

Printer Leasing ($20,000/mo)
We are currently taking reservations for our printers under the following conditions:
- 2 month minimum
- DFW area only
We provide
- Printer
- Full-time robotics operator and technician
- 10-hour training program for one crew
You provide
- Concrete
- Crew for keeping concrete flowing and surface finish out
- Equipment security
- All plans, permits, trades
Homebuilding (~$15/sf)
We are taking reservations for printing homes.
- DFW area only
- Scheduling to occur after we receive all information
What you provide:
- All engineering
- Lots
- Finish out
- All material (concrete, rebar, etc.)
- All labor except for Robotics Operator
What we provide:
- Printer and software
- Concrete formula
- Robotics operator
Contract payable as follows:
- We provide you with a due diligence list
- 10% due when you submit the requirements list for review
- 25% due to put machine on transport vehicles
- 25% due when floorplan implemented into software
- 25% due when first layer of concrete printed
- 15% due when last layer of concrete printed
Barn or Storage Building
We can build standalone storage areas such as barns or garages. We can print any size with dimensions less than 40′ wide and 70′ long. We believe we can come in at a price less than metal buildings.
Investors
We realize there are a number of companies interested in acquiring 3D technology or acquiring a 3D technology company as opposed to developing the technology from scratch. If you have an interest, we are currently vetting interested parties. We will provide you with our list of requirements for consideration, and you’ll need to provide us with your list of questions and requirements.
Or, if you have some R&D or specific proofs of concept, we’ll be glad to explore that with you as well.
