We are actively seeking home builders and currently have immediate availability in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Our robots can build one home every 7-10 days depending on floor plan, finish out and several other factors
The robot can run with two semi-skilled workers after completion of their training
The costs can be competitive to traditional construction depending on several factors — don’t believe the myths about being fractional

Manufactured Home Dealers

Utilize us as your second “factory”. If you are receiving slow deliveries from the manufacturers, we currently have contracts with manufactured sales personnel and a land developer. We currently have immediate availability in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Home Owners

Homeowners are not our current focus although we may have availability by the time your prepatory work is completed. Please see our FAQs to determine what preparations you need to make.

Robot Purchasers

We will not be selling machines until Q42023. Our robots work very well but we believe that it will take to that point in time to have a production level machine ready for use. In the interim, we are accepting orders for delivery at that time and to reserve your place in line, you’ll either need to sign up for the Training or sign up for Consulting.

We offer training during our live prints. Our current schedule is as follows. Dates subject to change.

The typical print period will be 7 days and the cost is $10,000.

The training will include:

Hands on operation
Assembling and disassembling the robot
Daily print preparation and cleanup
Troubleshooting
Adjusting mix for weather conditions
